Customer Service Manager
$115K pa + benefits
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading, motivating and mentoring a well-established, high performing Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely customer service. Your other responsibilities will include monitoring DIFOT performance, controlling inventory according to site requirements, and liaising between the sales, customer service and production teams.
Ideally you will have had similar experience within a similar environment and understand the processes and procedures in this industry. We want someone who can provide solutions, have a strong customer focus, and is confident in managing a team of high performers, some of whom work from our regional offices. Knowledge of supply chain functions and logistics will be highly regarded, as will previous ERP experience, particularly around the supply and sales function.

A new and exciting position has been developed at Australian Distributors for a risk management professional with this well respected Australia wide organisation. Reporting to the General Manager, the new incumbent will be a key member of senior staff.

Australian Distributors currently employees approximately 400 people across Australia throughout our national distribution network. This is a newly created position with a focus on bringing together our HR management strategy into a centralized operation.
Branch managers who currently perform the HR functions at state level will report to the new incumbent for all employment matters.
Proven results in staff engagement outcomes and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice are essential.
Based in our facility in Perth, this pivotal position will suit an HR generalist with strong experience in the management and investigation of employee and industrial relations within a `blue collar` workforce. Success in change management and experience working with unions and other statutory bodies is required.
Major responsibilities and duties include:
The successful candidate will possess high level communication and influencing skills, a collaborative and confident approach and the ability to build rapport quickly. This position operates within a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment, thus highly regarded capabilities will include resilience and a calm style, sound business judgment and the ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.
You must maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance. Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business are essential.
